Such a sweet little book to preserve a child's early milestones! A very pale blue satin cover with 23 pages inside to fill in with memories and photographs (not all pages shown here). The book measures 6 1/2" x 8 5/8", so it's not so big as to overwhelm a busy mom with too much space to fill, yet adequate to bring back sweet memories down the road.
Copyright is 1943, however this actual copy may be as recent as 1962, based on known ownership. The illustrations are vintage perfection!
This book would make a perfect and unique baby gift for the vintage-loving mother-to-be. She won't receive another like it!
This book is in very fine vintage condition. Never been used. No writing. Original box (shows some wear). There is only slight discoloration along the edges of the pages that face the coverboards (front and back). This happens because of the glue used where the paper is affixed to the coverboards. The inner pages may be slightly yellowed, but this, in my opinion, just adds to the beauty of a vintage book.
