The hand painted Kamaka pineapple is the rarest and most sought after of all the vintage Kamaka ukuleles. Urban legend has it that the first 100 pineapple ukuleles built by Sam Kamaka were all hand painted with either the pineapple on the front  or back, this style 4 with the pineapple on the back and all of the beautiful rope binding on the front is the rarest of all hand painted pineapple ukuleles with only a handful ever made.
