18BG412 up for sale is a nice quality 90 degree rotating automation panel mount swivel , very good quality came to us lighty used from a closed plant , this swivel has a tight connection at the part where the 4 cap screws are and can be mounted to any flat surface , this surface measures about 3 inches od and this flange has a center hole through that is about 1 1/2 inches this rotates about 300 degrees and can be locked using the small clamp on the side the other end you can slide on a pipe and use the three set screw holes to clamp this on the pipe , this pipe clamp area will slide on a 1 7/8 diameter pipe  this hole is about 2 1/4 deep , the height from the 4 bolt flange up is 4 1/2 inches up then from the center of the bolted flange over to the pipe hole it extenss 5 inches , this can be used for many monitor and other automation needs , comes as shown in the photos ,
